The Purple Eagle Scholarship
Empowering Student Leaders in Education and Innovation
The Purple Eagle Scholarship supports outstanding students who have shown leadership, creativity, and initiative through their active participation in Purple Eagle programs.
This scholarship celebrates the achievements of students who have engaged with Purple Eagle’s mission — building makerspaces, leading grant-writing efforts, developing entrepreneurship projects, and serving their schools and communities through innovation. For 2025, the awardee will receive up to $200.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Purple Eagle Scholarship, applicants must:
· Be an active student participant in Purple Eagle programs;
· Be enrolled in high school and in good academic standing;
· Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and commitment to community service; and
· Submit a complete application, including an essay and two recommendations.
Scholarships are awarded on merit and mission alignment — no financial information is required.
How to Apply
1. Request the Purple Eagle Scholarship Application Form
· List your activities while you were in high school;
· Include your essay describing your accomplishments with Purple Eagle, how your experience shaped your goals, and how you’ve demonstrated leadership; and
· Attach two letters of recommendation: one from a teacher or administrator, and one from a community leader, employer, coach, or counselor.
2. Submit your application by October 21, 2025
Award Details
Applications will be reviewed and scored by an independent panel.
Recipients will be recognized for their exceptional contributions to Purple Eagle’s mission and will receive financial support to further their education after high school.
Awards are based on merit, leadership, and alignment with Purple Eagle’s values — advancing education, creativity, and community empowerment.
